The first round’s on the house? Nice try. Kupfergold would rather give you a reason to order another. The Cologne-based band have dubbed their own style ‘Assi-Folk’ – though at times it’s simply ‘lovely’ when Bonnie and her gang proclaim their love of a good time to the world. Catchy songs that hit the right note every time, and a sense of humour that likes to give high society a good nudge from below.
Why are we playing Cologne-style folk-rock in Mayrhofen? Because Tyrol and the Rhineland are sometimes closer to each other than you might think: right in the heart of it all, in fact!
